Today we drove back from Sheffield over the snake pass - there is still some snow on those moors even though the thermometer in the car said it was 8 degrees!

I found this yesterday and was very pleased to see it indeed (I had thought it completely lost). I had put it on the dining room table and when I came in to do some work this morning it made me smile so I thought I would blog it!

Today was the opening day of Alice's shop. Townie was my glamorous assistant. I can not claim that we were a roaring success, but we tried.

Today I will be mainly procrastinating. So far I have rested, chopped wood, talked to Boo and Catherine on the 'phone, played on my DS, had a shower, washed my hair, had breakfast, and taken photos of myself on the computer. It is not even midday. MUST GET ON WITH ASSIGNMENT NOW.

Today we went to the Tate to make use of our Christmas present of membership from Jo and Chris. I loved this Andy Warhol room - all the walls of a big room were papered in the cow image and then there were other Warhol pieces hanging on top.

Today is Jen's birthday and yesterday was Pin's. We went over to Helsby to meet them for lunch. Frankie was the star of the show - she is truly lovely and I particularly liked her pink patent shoes!

I went to Adam's this morning to have a look at the new kit - it is lush. Here I am modeling the new long sleeved t-shirt, my new skirt and my Mossley skirt. I did get hit today, but I think the bruise needs some time to develop before I blog it!

This is a bit on naughtiness in this morning's long meeting. The hat is a multisensory toy that had a little hole in it that I stretched a lot. Ponni the paediatrician was egging me on so I made her try to put it on too, but her head was just too big!

Most of the snow melted away today. I passed this shop front on the way to work and on the way home called in to Saralayt's house for a cup of tea. Sadly she was not home from school so I left her a note telling her she had missed me!
