Well we did do the tidying up and this is what the spare room looks like now - we haven't quite finished, but it is a start. Then I had a lovely time playing with the mirror!

I went to Manchester today to meet my tutor and had a coffee on the way.

These are my work colleagues. Ponni is the paediatrician (I have never seen her use a stethascope - she put it on especially for the photo!) and Sally is the speech and language therapist. Today we waited an hour for a family who didn't come to see us.

It snowed today - big fat flakes that settled and almost resulted in me being sent home from work. Then it melted. These chocolates were on the doormat when I got home. Scrumptious.

It is very VERY cold here in Liverpool and after I had scraped all the ice off the car, I switched on the engine and - LOOK HOW COLD IT WAS.

Frankly far too cold for work. When I got to work the adjoining room was having the windows replaced so there was an icy draft blowing there too.
